Buyer Reviews
Average Buyer Rating: out of 5 stars

Customer Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - It looks great but I just got my first copy.
I like the look, and it looks to be jambed with articles, but I have not had time to sit down and read it yet, maybe I can look at it Sunday or monday.

Customer Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Beware of PC Photo and their subscription tactics!
Although I love this magazine, their Subscription Dept is run by unconscionable morons. I currently have an active subscription for this magazine that expires at the end of the year. That has not stopped them from sending me "Termination Notices" since January. They have now changed their tactics and have now referred my account to the "North Shore Agency" which claims to be a collection agency which will "take action" which will "impact my credit" unless my already paid subscription is paid (again??). Did I mention that they want $9.99 for my already paid subscription!

I have call PC Photo 4 different times to resolve this matter, and each time they check my account which is "active". I give up. I just received a FREE subscription with the purchase of my new camera. I can't wait to see how much I "owe" now...

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - PCPhoto - great magizine
I recieved PCPhoto about 6 weeks after ordering. I really liked the price compared to news stand prices I'd been paying. I am a hobby photo user and have had 7 digital cameras. This magizine had many articles and several how to stories in it. I have learned a lot about digital photography from PCPhoto and enjoy the balance of articles and the way they are written. Worth every penny.

Customer Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good technical articles and decent reviews
The reviews presented in PCPhoto tend to just introduce "what's hot" and "what's new" rather than giving the pros and cons of the items. They feel more like advertisements than reviews. On the other hand, the technical articles are much better. They usually provide some insight for the beginner, average, and more professional camera users. Being "PCPhoto" they also range in topics and are not just specifically camera/photo based. I can usually find some good technical pieces in each edition. The magazine has good value at the subscription rate, but not at the cover rate (which is often the case for all magazines).
